Why We Started
Our founders spent years inside high-growth tech companies — as CTOs, engineering leads, and architects. They watched companies struggle to hire fast enough, work with staffing agencies that didn't understand the technology, and pay consultants who gave generic advice.
So they built something different. QuantumSoftTec is staffed by people who have done the work — engineers who became recruiters, architects who became consultants. We speak the language of the companies we serve because we've lived it.
